Office Tour & Safety e-learning
Designed as a module in 2U's new hire orientation, this e-learning module takes a new employee around headquarters while giving them relevant safety regulations along the way. 2U cares deeply about diversity, so I created an avatar generator in Adobe Animate to be used throughout the training. Additionally, the sponsor requested a light, fun experience so I modified the stock office photographs with Photoshop filters to give the course an illustrated feel that blended well with the avatar.

Compliance e-learning
2U student-facing employees must adhere to federal law when speaking to prospective students about their program. This e-learning module is accompanied by a compliance document that outlines the most common talking points an employee would be asked, and how to answer. Depending on which department a 2U employee is in, there are different standards. This e-learning has 2 tracks that offer a different experience based on the role of the employee.

Team Collaboration e-learning
This e-learning module was developed using gamification techniques for 2U Admissions Counselors and Student Success Advisors. The main objective is for Admission Counselors to recall the responsibilities that are shared and divergent during the Handshake process.

Team Collaboration Rise e-learning
The Rise format is relatively new and allows learners to access information in an organized way from any device. The following e-learning module was designed as a just-in-time learning resource for Admissions Counselors to access when they are collaborating with Applicant Success. The content is heavy, so the use of information graphics and interactive media is used to help chuck the information.
