Interactive Glossary
Programming is a complex subject. To help the learner visualize the core vocabulary of object oriented programming, I developed animations for each term as it related to how it was presented in the lessons.

Developed using Adobe Dreamweaver, Animate, Illustrator and Tulmut Hype.
Departmental E-Glossary
Keeping track of departmental lingo can be tough when you are a new employee. As part of 2U's Placement Department Orientation, I developed an eGlossary that allows new employees to search for a term, or look through their team specific terminology.

Developed using Google Sites.
E-Glossary flyer
This flyer was given to all new Placement Specialists upon hire with the digital on-boarding guide to remind them that the glossary is there to help them with difficult terms.

Developed using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro.
Department orientation manager Guide
For a recent Departmental Orientation my team recently completed, I developed a Manager Guide to help support manager's when on-boarding new employees. This guide gives an overview of the curriculum and what the new employees responsibilities are, as well as an outline of the responsibilities for the manager broken out into weeks.

Developed using Google Sites and embedded HTML5.
department orientation lta workbook
True learning happens when the learner is able to use knowledge gained and apply it in a meaningful way. For a large departmental orientation, our ISD team developed a learning transfer workbook aimed at giving the learner guided activities to complete on their own and with their teammates that reinforced the key-takeaways from each course. Ranging from one-on-one meet and greets, guided exploration and on-the-job practice, these LTAs are made into fillable PDFs for the learner to discuss with senior team members and their manager.

Developed using Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat Pro (fillable fields).
